My work is inspired by Pema Chodron. I've written about...

  • What I learned watching Pema deal with a wasp that lands on her nose.
  • Remembering Pema's words at my son's memorial.
  • How a BIG INSECT in my car taught me more about my response patterns.
  • Changing my perspective on living with cancer.
  • Gaining insight from personal pain.

Pema repeatedly encourages us to make friends with ourselves and our lives as a way to benefit others. Her consistent message is to embrace difficulty with an attitude that it wants to teach us something. Wonder Anew extends her encouragement.

THE UNFOLDING
